All new members must enter the initial membership program. Once your initial 30-day membership is completed, you’ll have several choices to continue with your Lifestyle Change Program. Regardless of your membership package, all TLC members are
supervised by a certified clinical exercise physiologist.
   

Initial Membership Program: Through individual instruction, our clinical staff will develop a program, which will allow you to safely learn correct exercise techniques and applications. Program includes:

  • complete health history & musculoskeletal evaluation
  • personalized exercise program
  • eight (8) personal consultation visits
  • unlimited access to facility for a 30-day period

Medical Membership Program: This program is designed for members who do not feel they are ready to advance to a self-directed program. Clinical exercise physiology consultations will continue at two days weekly plus unlimited use of our facility.

General Membership Program: This program is designed for members who are ready to handle a self-directed exercise program. No appointments are necessary. Three, six, & twelve month memberships are available.

Personal Training Membership Program: This aggressive program directed by a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer enables you to meet your fitness goals. Program includes:

  • complete health history & musculoskeletal evaluation
  • body fat analysis and periodic re-assessment to monitor improvements
  • eight (8) or twelve (12) one-on-one personal training sessions
  • unlimited access to facility during your membership.

Sports Specific Training Membership Program: This program is Identical to the personal training program, except exercise regimen is geared toward a specific sport. Training is available for, but not limited to football, basketball, baseball, soccer, golf and distance running.
