William R. Prebola, Jr., M.D.

Dr. William R. Prebola is a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates and has been with the practice since 1995. Dr. Prebola received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. Dr. Prebola's area of practice includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, independent medical examinations, and impairment rating evaluation. Dr. Prebola holds several appointments including Director of the Pain Center Program at John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation; Medical Director of Rehabilitation Services at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital, Geisinger South Wilkes-Barre Hospital, and the Center for Advanced Rehabilitation at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. He is also Rehabilitation Director of Timber Ridge Nursing Home. more

Dr. Lucian Bednarz is a partner of Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates and has been with the practice since 1997. Dr. Bednarz is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Scranton and his Medical Degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery for the Commonwealth Medical College. Dr. Bednarz' area of practice includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, independent medical examinations, impairment rating evaluations, and utilization/peer reviews. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Bednarz is the head of the Orthopedic and Amputee Rehabilitation Unit at Allied Services Rehabilitation Hospital. more
John A. Kline, Jr., M.D.

John A. Kline, Jr., M.D.

Dr. John Kline is a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates and has been with the practice since 1997. Dr. Kline is certified by the American Board Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, the American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners. He is also a fellow of the American Board of Disability Evaluating Physicians and Senior Disability Analyst and Diplomate of the American Board of Disability Analysts. Dr. Kline received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Boston College and Medical Degree from Thomas Jefferson Medical College. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery for the Commonwealth Medical College. Dr. Kline's area of practice includes inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, independent medical examinations, and impairment rating evaluations. Scott Naftulin, D.O.

Scott Naftulin, D.O.

Dr. Scott Naftulin is a partner at Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates and has been with the practice since 1998. Dr. Naftulin received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Ursinus College and his Osteopathic Medical Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.   He is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a Sub-specialty in Pain Medicine, American Osteopathic Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.   Dr. Naftulin received specialized training in interventional pain management and performs a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic and image-guided procedures. In addition to his outpatient practice, Dr. Naftulin also performs independent medical examinations, impairment rating evaluations, and utilization/peer reviews. Dr. Naftulin is also a Clinical Professor for the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, DeSales University, a member of the Committee on Rehabilitative Medicine for the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, and on the Executive Committee and a fellow for the American Osteopathic College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  Dr. Naftulin is also a Master Instructor for the International Spine Intervention Society . He provides fellowship training to specialty physicians interested in enhancing their clinical and interventional skills in the treatment of pain. more
