Sheryl Lynn Oleski, D.O.

Sheryl Lynn Oleski, D.O. is a Physiatrist that has been with Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates since 2007. Dr. Oleski is certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with a sub-specialty in Sports Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Scranton and her Osteopathic Medical Degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in Interventional Spine and Sports Medicine at Premier Orthopaedics. Dr. Oleski specializes in interventional pain management and sports medicine and she performs a variety of diagnostic, therapeutic and image-guided procedures. Additionally, she is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgery of The Commonwealth Medical College, Scranton, PA. more
Kelly E. Williams, D.O.

Kelly E. Williams, D.O.

Dr. Williams is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is also fellowship trained in Sports Medicine, Interventional Spine Care, diagnostic and procedural Musculoskeletal Ultrasound, and Electrodiagnostics. Dr. Williams is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania. She received her degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at Christiana Care in Newark, DE, residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, and fellowship in Napa, CA. more
Christopher Connor, D.O.

Christopher Connor, D.O.

Dr. Connor joined Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates in August of 2016 and is currently treating patients in our Wilkes-Barre office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University and his Osteopathic Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia where he was Chief Resident and awarded Resident Teacher of the Year in 2015. He then went on to complete an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. Dr. Connor is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is currently board eligible in the sub-specialty of Pain Medicine. Dr. Connor provides comprehensive, non-operative spine and musculoskeletal care. He performs fluoroscopically-guided spine injections, and advanced minimally-invasive procedures such as radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation. He also has a special interest in the utilization of both ultrasound and regenerative medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of various neuromuscular conditions. more

Enid Melendez-Pacheco, M.D.

Dr. Melendez joined Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates in 2016 and is currently treating patients in our Wilkes-Barre office. She received his Bachelor of Science in Pre-Med from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and her Medical Degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Medical Science Campus. She completed her residency at University District Hospital in Puerto Rico. Dr. Melendez is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has twenty-five years of experience as Hospital Consultant and management of work related patient. She also has vast experience in electrodiagnostic studies performance and interpretation and is fully bilingual. more
