From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike: Take exit 56 (Lehigh Valley) to Route 22 East to the first exit which is U.S. Route 309 South to the Lehigh Street Exit.  Take Lehigh Street North  (turn left at the light at the bottom of the exit).  Stay on Lehigh Street approximately 1 mile and turn right at the light into the Parkway Shopping Center. * Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the office of Work Recovery Therapy (Lehigh Valley Physical Therapy) next to the Dragon Pond Buffet.

From U.S. Route 309 North, Take the Lehigh Street Exit.  Take Lehigh Street North (turn right at the bottom of the exit).  Stay on Lehigh Street for approximately 1 mile and turn right at the light into the Parkway Shopping Center and follow the above directions*.

From U.S. Route 22, take 78 West (Allentown/Harrisburg) for approximately 13 miles.  Take the Lehigh Street Exit.  Take Lehigh Street North (turn right at the bottom of the exit).  Stay on Lehigh Street for approximately 1 mile and turn right at the light into the Parkway Shopping Center and follow the above directions*.

From Route 80: Take the Milesburg/Altoona Exit (Exit 158) and go South on US-220ALT/PA-150 South for 1.6 miles. Merge onto PA-144South/PA 150 South toward Milesburg and go 2.9 miles. Turn slight right onto North Water Street/PA 150 and continue .7 miles. You will cross railroad tracks and see Exxon and Shell gas stations on the left. Turn right onto Phoenix Street which is across from the gas stations.  At the end of Phoenix Avenue is Matchfactory Place. The office is on your right in a red brick, 2-story building. The entrance is below the “Physical Therapy” sign. Parking is to your left at the end of the street. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the office of Phoenix Rehabilitation.

From Route 220:  Take the Bellefonte Exit (Exit 78B) and go onto 150 North (Benner Pike) for 3.3 miles. You will see Shell and Exxon stations on your right. Turn left onto Phoenix Avenue which is across from the gas stations. At the end of  Phoenix Avenue is Matchfactory Place. The office is on your right in a red brick, 2-story building. From the PA Turnpike (Interstate 76) take exit 247 to Interstate 283 North to Interstate 83 North.*  Take exit 48 (Union Deposit Road).  At the end of the exit ramp at the traffic light turn right.  At the first traffic light turn left onto East Park Road (the Hampton Inn is on the left) and follow the above directions**.

From Route 476 (The Blue Route) North or South: Take Exit 9, the Havertown/Upper Darby Exit. Take the West Chester Pike (Route 3) East, toward Philadelphia for 1.2 miles. Just past the Super Fresh store (on left), turn left onto North Eagle Road.( North Eagle Road becomes West Eagle Road)  Follow directions below in bold.

From Philadelphia, Routes 1 and 3: Take Route 1 or 3 West to the Route 1/3 Intersection. Take Route 3 West (West Chester Pike) for 1 1/4 miles past the intersection and turn right onto North Eagle Road and follow directions below in bold.

Proceed 1 mile from the Route 3/West Chester Pike. Just past Grasslyn Avenue, you will see the office of Pain Relief and Physical Therapy on the right, next to Rita's Ice Cream Shop. Parking is right in front of the building. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within Pain Relief and Physical Therapy.

From Interstate 80 (West or East), take Interstate 81 South.  Take Exit 145 (West Hazleton) and bear right onto Route 93 South.  Pass the Laurel Mall (approximately 1/10 of a mile past the Laurel Mall).  At the light, take a left onto Pecora Boulevard (at PNC Bank just before Nathan’s Furniture).  Take another quick left before the PNC parking lot.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the WorkMed Center for Occupational Health which is approximately 200 feet forward and to the right. Although Allied Services-John Heinz Institute Outpatient Center has relocated, the physicians of Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates continue to be located within this building. 

From Interstate 81 (North or South), take Exit 187 (US Route 6 East)  and follow U.S. Route 6 into Honesdale.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the Wayne Memorial Health System Medical & Professional Complex (before the Wayne Memorial Hospital on the right – approximately 28 miles).
