From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take exit 56 (Lehigh Valley) to Route 22 East to the first exit which is U.S. Route 309 South to the Lehigh Street Exit.  Take Lehigh Street North  (turn left at the light at the bottom of the exit).  Stay on Lehigh Street approximately 2 miles and turn right at the fifth light onto Wyoming Street (just past Miller and Senglo).  *Be careful not to turn a hard right, which is 10th Street. Follow Wyoming Ave. for approximately three blocks.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the office of Twin Rivers.

 From U.S. Route 309 North, take the Lehigh Street Exit.  Take Lehigh Street North (turn right at the bottom of the exit).  Stay on Lehigh Street for approximately 2 miles and turn right at the fourth light onto Wyoming Street (just past Miller and Senglo) and follow the above directions*.

From U.S. Route 22, take the 7th Street Exit and go straight through Allentown.  Get in the right lane at the monument and turn right onto Union Street at the second light past the monument (the road comes to a T).  Go one block and turn left at the light onto 8th Street and go over the bridge.  Go straight through two lights and turn right at the first stop sign onto Wyoming Street.  Go straight for half-a-block and watch for the office on the right.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the office of Twin Rivers. 

From Route 33 South, take Route 22 West to the 2^nd Exit (Route 512, Center Street).  *Make a left at the light and turn left into the Park Plaza Parking. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the Park Plaza on the 4^th Floor. 

From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 56 (Lehigh Valley) to Route 22 East.  Continue on Rte 22 East to the Rte 512/Center St. Exit (after Schoenersville Road) and follow the above directions.*

From Interstate 80 (East or West), take Exit 308 (East Stroudsburg).  Turn left at the end of the exit ramp and make another left at the stop sign.  Pass the Budget Hotel, Super 8 Motel, and Eaglesmere Town Homes.  Turn right into the parking lot of Eaglesmere Circle.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within East Brown Medical Associates Bldg.

From PA Turnpike, take Exit 312; Route 100 South (Downingtown). Go south on Route 100 to Route 113.  Turn left onto Route 113 (Uwchlan Avenue).  Go to second (2nd) traffic light and make a left onto Gordon Drive.  Turn right into 3rd driveway to first office on the right (Suite 606). 

From the Northeast Extension, take the PA Turnpike heading west.  Follow above directions.

From Wilmington:  Travel north on 202.  Exit at Exton (Route 100 – Route 30) Continue north on Route 100 to Gordon Drive Exit.  Turn right at stop sign off exit.  Continue about ½ mile on Gordon Drive.  Once you pass traffic light (at 113), turn right into 3rd driveway to first office on the right (Suite 606).

From King of Prussia:  Take Route 202 South to Route 401. Follow 401 west about 4 miles.  Make left on Route 113 south.  At 2nd light, make a right onto Gordon Drive.  Turn right into 3rd driveway to first office on the right (Suite 606).  

From Schuylkill Expressway:  76 West to PA Turnpike West.  Exit 312; Route 100  South (Downingtown).  Go south on Route 100 to Route 113.  Turn left at 113 (Uwchlan Avenue).  Take 113 to second traffic light (Gordon Drive) Turn left onto Gordon Drive.  Go to third driveway on right; turn right to first office on right (Suite 606).

From Reading:  Take 176 south to the PA Turnpike East to exit 312; Route 100 South (Downingtown).  Go south on Route 100 to Route 113.  Turn left on 113 (Uwchlan Avenue).  Take 113 to second traffic light (Gordon Drive).  Turn left.  Turn right at 3rd driveway to first office on right (Suite 606).  (or take 422 east to Route 100 South until you pass the PA Turnpike and continue as above).

From Lancaster:  Take Route 30 East passing the “tourist” attractions.  Just past Route 10, bear right onto the Route 30 bypass.  Continue on the Route 30 bypass until you get to Route 113.  Take the 113 North Exit.  Once you pass Route 100, go to the second traffic light (Gordon Drive) and turn left.  Watch for third driveway on the right.  Turn right into that driveway to first office on the right (Suite 606).

*Please follow these directions as they are now detouring vehicles while under construction from Route 276 (PA Turnpike) and Route 611.

From Route 276 (PA Turnpike) take Exit 343 (Willow Grove) to Route 611 South. Go approximately 1 mile into Willow Grove. In Willow Grove, stay on Easton Road, past Willow Grove Park, for approximately 2.7 miles. Go left onto Cross Road, just before the Sloane Toyota Dealership. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the office of Lawrence A. Paster, R.P.T. The building is on the left side of the road.  Take the 2nd entrance to the parking lot and drive to the back of the building to park.  The office entrance is located in the back of the building.

*These are the normal directions once construction has ended.

From Route 276 (PA Turnpike) take Exit 339 (Fort Washington) toward Philadelphia/Ambler onto 309 South. Go approximately 4.5 miles.  Take the Glenside exit. Turn right onto South Easton Road.  Go 2 miles.  Cross Road is on the right just past the Sloane Toyota Dealership. (Follow directions below in bold).

From Points South in Philadelphia:   Go north on North Broad Street (Route 611) to Stenton Avenue.  Go left on Stenton Avenue.  Go 0.4 miles.  Turn right onto Ogontz Avenue (Route 309N).  Go 2.5 miles.  Take the Glenside / PA 152N exit.  Stay straight to get on South Easton Road.  Go 0.2 miles to Cross Road.  (Follow directions below in bold).

From Points East in Philadelphia:   From East Roosevelt Boulevard (Route 1) go West on Red Lion Road (PA-63W).  Go 2.9 miles.  Turn left onto Philmont Avenue (PA-63).  Go 2.3 miles.  Turn slight right onto Old Welsh Road (PA-63) for 0.5 miles.  Turn right to stay on PA-63 for 0.4 miles.  Turn left onto Edge Hill Road. Go 1.4 miles.  Turn left onto South Easton Road.   Go 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Cross Road.  (Follow directions below in bold). 

Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the office of Lawrence A. Paster, R.P.T. The building is on the left side of the road.  Take the 2nd entrance to the parking lot and drive to the back of the building to park.  The office entrance is located in the back of the building.

From Interstate 81 South take Interstate 83 South.  Take exit 48 (Union Deposit Road).  At the end of the exit ramp at the traffic light turn left.  Turn left at the second traffic light onto East Park Road (the Hampton Inn is on the left).**  Take the first left (just a short distance) onto Old Union Deposit Road.  Turn right at the first stop sign onto Avilla Road.  Turn left at the first stop sign onto London Derry Road.  Turn right onto Arlington Avenue (just past St. Mark’s Lutheran Church).  Turn right into the Arlington Professional Center.  Follow the parking lot around to the back (left).  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the Arlington Professional Center (ground floor) within the office of First Choice Rehabilitation Specialists.

From the PA Turnpike (Interstate 76) take exit 247 to Interstate 283 North to Interstate 83 North.*  Take exit 48 (Union Deposit Road).  At the end of the exit ramp at the traffic light turn right.  At the first traffic light turn left onto East Park Road (the Hampton Inn is on the left) and follow the above directions**.

From Route 476 (The Blue Route) North or South: Take Exit 9, the Havertown/Upper Darby Exit. Take the West Chester Pike (Route 3) East, toward Philadelphia for 1.2 miles. Just past the Super Fresh store (on left), turn left onto North Eagle Road.( North Eagle Road becomes West Eagle Road)  Follow directions below in bold.

From Philadelphia, Routes 1 and 3: Take Route 1 or 3 West to the Route 1/3 Intersection. Take Route 3 West (West Chester Pike) for 1 1/4 miles past the intersection and turn right onto North Eagle Road and follow directions below in bold.

Proceed 1 mile from the Route 3/West Chester Pike. Just past Grasslyn Avenue, you will see the office of Pain Relief and Physical Therapy on the right, next to Rita's Ice Cream Shop. Parking is right in front of the building. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within Pain Relief and Physical Therapy.

From Interstate 80 (West or East), take Interstate 81 South.  Take Exit 145 (West Hazleton) and bear right onto Route 93 South.  Pass the Laurel Mall (approximately 1 mile past the Laurel Mall), take a left at the PNC Bank (just before Nathan’s Furniture).  Take another quick left before the PNC parking lot.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the WorkMed Center for Occupational Health which is approximately 200 feet forward and to the right.

From Interstate 81 (North or South), take Exit 187 (US Route 6 East)  and follow U.S. Route 6 into Honesdale.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in the Wayne Memorial Health System Medical & Professional Complex (before the Wayne Memorial Hospital on the right – approximately 28 miles).

From Route 222, take Route 30 West to Route 283 West to Route 72 North (Manheim Pike) * and turn right onto Granite Run Drive (there is a Turkey Hill on the corner).  Follow Granite Run Drive for 0.3 miles and turn left into Central PA Rehabilitation Office (between Lapp’s Deli and T-Mobile).  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the Central PA Rehabilitation Services office.

From Route 283 East, take Route 72 North (Manheim Pike)* - follow directions above

From Route 30 East, take Route 72 North (Manheim Pike)* - follow directions above

From Route 501 South, turn right onto Granite Run Drive (there is a Fulton Bank on the corner).  Turn right into Central PA Rehabilitation Office (between Lapp’s Deli and T-Mobile).  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the Central PA Rehabilitation Services office.

From Route 309, turn left onto Park Avenue. Quakertown Hospital is 3 blocks down Park Avenue on the left-hand side.  Turn left onto Tenth Street to the entrance in the back of the hospital. Enter the hospital through the Main Entrance.  Dr. Naftulin ‘s office is located in Suite 30.  To get to Dr. Bednarz’ office, continue to the elevators on the right to the second floor. Make a hard right to Suite 203 (The Continence Group). 

From Interstate 81, take Exit 191B and follow the signs to the Scranton Expressway.  From U.S. Route 6 and 11, also follow signs to the Scranton Expressway.  Take the Keyser Avenue Exit.  Turn right at the light onto Keyser Avenue and make another quick right (after the underpass) onto the Morgan Highway* and immediately get into the left lane.  Turn left into the Morgan Medical Complex and enter in the first set of doors. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located down the hall on the right-hand side.

From the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, take Exit 122 (Keyser Avenue).  At the stop sign, take a left.  At the first light, take a right onto Keyser Avenue.  Follow Keyser Avenue for approximately 5 miles.  At the third light, take a left onto the Morgan Highway and follow the above directions.*

From Interstate 78 (U.S. Route 22) East or West, take Route 61 South approximately 4 miles.  Turn right into the parking lot of B & W Physical Therapy. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located in B & W Physical Therapy and Associates. 

From the Reading area, take 61 North to Shoemakersville.  Turn left at the light onto Route 662 (at the Sheetz Gas Station) and turn right just behind the Chinese Restaurant.  Drive behind the Car Wash into the parking lot of B & W  Physical Therapy and Associates

From Route 220/322, (North of State College) take the Toftrees/Woodycrest Exit. Go South toward State College on Waddle Road for 3/4 mile to the traffic light at Vairo Blvd. Go right on Vairo Blvd to the next light, at North Atherton Street. Cross over North Atherton Street, going straight, onto Martin Street. (It appears as though you are entering a parking lot, but this is Martin Street) Watch for Nittany Oil on the right and take the first right past Nittany Oil into the 1528 Plaza and continue to the back of the building.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the offices of Dr Pandolph and Dr. Polansky.

 From Route 26/45/East Pine Grove Road, (South of State College) Route 26 becomes West College Avenue. On West College Avenue, go 2.5 miles, and turn left onto Blue Course Drive. Go 1.8 miles and turn left onto Martin Street. Go .4 miles to the 1528 Plaza on the left.  Continue to the back of the building.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within the offices of Dr Pandolph and Dr. Polansky.

From U.S. Route 6 West (go through the towns of Tunkhannock, Wyalusing and Wysox) into Towanda.  Cross the Bridge and turn right continuing on U.S. Route 6 West.  Look for Edge Fitness Center on the Right (approximately 2 miles from the light at the bridge).  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within ProCare (inside the Edge Fitness Center).

From U.S. Route 220 South (Sayre) to the Route 6 (Towanda/Troy) exit.  At the bottom of the exit make a left onto Route 6 East. * Once you pass under Route 220 (North or South), continue approximately 0.5 miles.  Look for Edge Fitness Center on the left.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located within ProCare (inside the Edge Fitness Center).  From Mansfield: Take Route 6 East.  Follow the above directions *

From U.S. Route 220 North (Williamsport), take the first Towanda exit (to Route 6).  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is 2 miles from the first traffic light within ProCare (inside the Edge Fitness Center).

Traveling West on Route 6, drive approximately three miles from the Route 6 and Route 29 intersection in downtown Tunkhannock or Route 6 Tunkhannock bypass. Tyler Memorial Hospital is on the right. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located on the third floor in Tyler Memorial Hospital.

Traveling East on Route 6, the hospital is approximately six miles beyond Meshoppen, just past the State Police Barracks.  The hospital is on the left side. Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located on the third floor in Tyler Memorial Hospital.

Traveling West on Route 6, drive approximately three miles from the Route 6 and Route 29 intersection in downtown Tunkhannock or Route 6 Tunkhannock bypass. Tyler Memorial Hospital is on the right.  Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates is located directly across the street from the hospital at the Robert Barziloski  Clinic.

From Interstate 80 East, take Route 220 North, toward Williamsport, to the Reach Road Exit.  At the end of the exit ramp, go left at the stop sign.  Cross over Route 220 and take a right at the next stop sign onto Reach Road.

From Interstate 80 West via Route 15 North, taking Route 15 North, cross the West branch of the Susquehanna River into Williamsport. Follow road signs to get on Route 220 South. From Route 220 South take the Reach Road Exit.  At the end of the exit ramp bear right, then turn right at the first stop sign onto Reach Road. (*see above directions in bold)

From Interstate 80 West via Interstate 180 West, Route 180 West joins Route 220 South near the Lycoming Valley Mall. Follow Route 220 West/Route 180 West to the Reach Road Exit. From Route 15 South, take Route 220 South to the Reach Road Exit.  At the end of the exit ramp, bear right, then turn right at the first stop sign onto Reach Road. (* see above directions in bold)

From Route 118 West, take Route 405 North in Hughesville to Route 220 South. Route 220 South joins Route 180 West into Williamsport. Follow Routes 220 South/180. Take the Reach Road Exit.
