The Therapeutic Lifestyle Change Center is a one of a kind medically-based fitness center.  The center was opened by Northeastern Rehabilitation Associates in the spring of 2002.  The idea was to create a facility completely different than the typical gym.  We have successfully created a comfortable, friendly, non-threatening environment, where the members are focused on health instead of "muscle". The people who really need to exercise can finally do so without feeling overwhelmed or out of place.
